The Bohle Verifix® UVA-Star UV tube lamp is a professional UV curing lamp for glass-to-glass edge bonding. Stress-free curing of the adhesive largely determines how strong and durable a bond will be, and the UVA-Star cures evenly along the entire glass edge. It delivers sufficient UV output with low energy consumption. A special protective tube blocks harmful UV-B and UV-C radiation, so work stays safe.
The lamp gives off no harmful heat, so it can be placed directly on the glass. You can prepare the next work steps while an edge cures, which saves time. The lightweight, robust housing is made of solid plastic and is easy to handle. The protective tube and bulb are user-replaceable, and the lamp lasts approximately 1,000 hours. The UVA-Star comes in three lengths and in 120 V or 230 V versions, and it works with all Bohle UV adhesives. It is ideal for glaziers, showcase builders and furniture manufacturers.
