The tube lamps are light and easy to handle. The protective tube and bulb can be changed by the user if necessary. The stress-free curing of an adhesive is a decisive factor in how well and how long a bond lasts. The use of tubular lamps in showcase construction has proved its worth for many years. They do not develop any harmful heat and can be positioned directly on the glass. While an edge is hardening, the next work steps can be prepared. To ensure the quality of the bonds, the lamp should be replaced after approx. 1000 hours. After this the UV output is no longer sufficient. As this is not visually detectable, working times should be documented separately.
The Verifix® UVA-Star is a UV lamp that is perfect for gluing glass edges. The tube lamps are light and easy to use. The protective tube and lamp can be changed yourself if necessary. Robust construction, housing made of solid plastic. Available in 3 different lengths. Replacement material can also be ordered on request.
