Recognition of the terms of sale and delivery

By placing an order, the customer accepts all points of these sales and delivery conditions.
Measures and figures
The dimensions, illustrations and details are not binding. Modell¬ände¬run¬gen are reserved.

Electrical equipment

Costs for altering the electrical equipment, for adapting to the house rules of the purchaser or to regulations of the authorities, cantonal or local institutions, shall be borne by the purchaser.

selling prices

The stated prices for items are the purchase prices for the customer in CHF or the named currency as shown in the order confirmation. When placing an order, quantity-dependent daily prices will be charged.

• All discount codes and vouchers are for purchases online and can be limited to a single purchase or multiple purchases.
• Discounts are only on products or services purchased online and exclude shipping or handling costs.
• We reserve the right to revoke or annul the codes or change the terms at any time without prior notice

vRG = early recycling fee

For most articles with electrical or electronic components, the sales price includes a surcharge, the so-called advance recycling fee. It guarantees the later free and professional disposal by the manufacturer.

quotes

For larger quantities, special products and goods that we do not carry in the stock range, we will be happy to make an appropriate offer by phone or in writing. The prices quoted in the offer are only binding if ordered immediately and if the indicated quantities are accepted.

VAT

The currently valid VAT rate is not included in the prices and will be charged. Except for Exports outside of Switzerland

Postage and freight costs

As a rule, we assume the postage and freight costs for customers from a delivery value of CHF 500.-. For all other customers and for all shipments below a delivery value of CHF 500.- as well as for express shipments and deliveries outside of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the shipping costs will be charged, whereby a minimum delivery value of CHF 20.- will be applied.
For orders with same-day shipping between 5 pm and 6 pm, a processing fee will be charged

Special arrangements can be made. Which usually always written on the order confirmation is apparent.

procurement costs

For custom products and goods that we do not carry in the stock range, the procurement costs, including any import charges, will be charged.

packaging

The packaging will be charged and can not be returned. For customers with a delivery value of CHF 500 or more, the packaging costs are at our expense.

delivery times

These are measured as short as possible. Claims for damages due to late delivery can not be accepted.

Payment terms

30 days net. After expiry of the payment period, we reserve the right to charge default interest. Prepayment for  Customers outside of Switzerland may be requested.

warranty

The warranty period for items with material, design or manufacturing defects is two years from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to either repair or replace the goods. Further claims for damages are excluded. In the case of complaints during the warranty period, the invoice date must be stated.

complaints

The control of the shipments must be made immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be made at the latest within 8 days, otherwise the consignments are considered approved. In the event of damage or loss, the recipient is obliged to submit a report to the post office or the forwarding agent before accepting the shipment.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior agreement. For returns the indication of the date of invoice is essential. Custom-made products and goods that we do not carry in the stock range can not be returned.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount of the credit for work and repair accordingly.
For returned goods in perfect condition and still sellable from our point of view, the following rule applies: Up to 3 months after set-off, no deduction, from 3 to 6 months after set-off, 25% deduction, from 6 to 18 months after set-off of 50% on the amount charged. If the goods are still older, there will be no credit.
